Description

Asset Management products and services anticipated under this contract include, but are not limited to, development of facility asset evaluations and Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs), consistent with current Financial Information Audit Readiness (FIAR) guidance and the guidance outlined in the NAVFAC Business Management Systems for Asset Management. Related Facility Planning Documents. Functional area studies, site design and area development plans, using Facility Criteria publication, UFC 2-000-05N guidance, the shore facility planning systems and anti-terrorism/force protection planning Space Planning ; explosive site and safety planning; and, other planning services to develop DD1391 for MILCON and Special Projects and related economic analysis and cost estimating Transportation planning that includes traffic engineering and civil engineering coordination; Utility and energy master planning, surveying. The inclusion of sustainable design principles in related concept plans for planning, site development, architecture and landscape architecture services may be required. Design renderings, graphics, AutoCADD, Rivet and Building Information Modelling (BIM) may also be required for presentations and to support all NAVFAC planning efforts. All deliverables should be consistent with all related NAVFAC Asset Management planning guidance.
