Description

Broadcast Cable Television Service for the Bath VA Medical Center 1.This is a "Base Year" agreement for the estimated period of on or about April 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016. Following contract option year awards will coincide with the Government's fiscal year for the consecutive years. Contract dates for this service will be as follows: Base: on or about April 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016 Option Year #1: October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 Option Year #2: October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 Option Year #3: October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 Option Year #4: October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 2.Firm Fixed Pricing shall be included in this agreement. General Scope of Work: The Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, NY is requesting quotes for broadcast television services at the Medical Center. The Medical Center has approximately 225 connection points currently receiving cable service. It is the intent of this Scope of Work to outline the expectation of the interested vendors who will be providing the Medical Center with quotes to meet the intent of reliable broadcast television subscription services. It is also the intent of this scope of work to outline current conditions that could affect quotes being submitted as there are local VA injected channels that are part the current cable TV system and are to remain intact. REFERENCE THE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL DESCRIPTION.
