Description
ADD THE FOLLOWING DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUTTER -Provide four (4) Multifunctional Aqueous Parts Cleaners to be located at the NSWG-2 Armory. Install and test all equipment Each machine will located in a separate bay and shall be capable of operating independently of the other machines -Equipment capacity and functionality Minimum 20 gallon sink unit per cleaning bay Heat to temperatures above 110 degrees Fahrenheit Equipment shall be shall be capable of operating from a standard 110 volt power source. Rotating table and sprayer cabinet -Table dimensions must accommodate parts up to 22 inches in length -Sprayers must be above and below rotating table to allow for full weapons cleaning -Equipment dimensions -Minimum interior tank dimensions -Length, 24 inches -Width, 24 inches -Depth, 4.5 inches -Maximum space availability for all equipment -Length, 100 inches -Width, 25 inches -Height, 38 inches -Provide initial training to NSWG-2 armory personnel within 30 days after contract award on the following: -Proper use of equipment -Routine end user maintenance -Daily procedures/cleanup requirements -Basic troubleshooting techniques -Provide all service and maintenance requirements -All services to equipment -Recurring and routine service -Establish recurring and routine service schedule sufficient to keep equipment functioning with NSWG-2 POC post award -Replace all fluids and material required for equipment to remain operational -Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all material and/or fluids off government facilities. -Replace and/or repair equipment as necessary at contractor expense. -Non-recurring and urgent service -Establish a POC for NSWG-2 POC to contact during normal business hours. -Non-recurring service and urgent service must be completed within two (2) business days of request to include equipment replacement as needed. -When performing non-recurring or urgent service contractor must meet routine maintenance requirements listed under Recurring and Routine Service if necessary -Pre-award functions -Prospective contractors will be required to attend a pre-award site visit to confirm equipment requirements.
