The purpose of Amendment 3 is to provide the FAA's answers to questions from potential offerors. UPDATE 3/07/2016: Amendment 2 to the solicitation is now available for download from this website, see the hyperlink below titled, "Amend 2 - DTFANM-16-R-00041 Nome Airport NavAids". The purpose of Amendment 2 is to delete the project called œRelocate RWY 10 REIL Shelter from the solicitation. There is no change to the project known as œRelocate ELD Sectionalizers , a contract award for this project will go forward as planned. UPDATE 2/29/2016: Amendment 1 to the solicitation is now available for download from this website, see the hyperlink below titled, "Amend 1 - DTFANM-16-R-00041 Nome Airport NavAids". The purpose of Amendment 1 is to replace the Technical Specification and Drawings for the RELOCATE ELD SECTIONALIZERS project with the final set of documents which are also available for download from this website, see Amendment 1 for details. Amendment 1 includes an attachment which lists all changes in the new documents. UPDATE 2/25/2016: The project Request for Offers (RFO) is now available for download from this website, see the hyperlink below titled, "RFO - DTFANM-16-R-00041 Nome Airport NavAids". The RFO contains complete terms and conditions for the pending contract, as well as full instructions on how to participate in this solicitation and submit an offer. UPDATE 2-19-2016: This web posting provides additional information about this Request for Offers (RFO), including firm site visit details, the contract wage rate, and solicitation schedule, see details just below. The FAA point of contact listed above anticipates posting the full RFO document to this website before the end of next week. The RFO will contain complete terms and conditions for the pending contract, as well as full instructions on how to participate in this solicitation and submit an offer. 1. SITE VISIT & SOLICITATION QUESTIONS B005. Solicitation Questions: All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, drawings, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Gary Yount at gary.yount@faa.gov. The requestor shall provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address or FAX number.
