- SOURCES SOUGHT This Sources Sought is being issued for planning purposes only and it is not a solicitation or pre-solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IN RESPONDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking contractors who are capable of providing the supplies/commodity items according to the following paragraph: Repair of a CET Flatbed UV Printer, MFG: CET Model: CET-500; This request is to find capable servicing/repair sources and equal parts that are compatible with the brand name parts required for this printer repair, as follows: 1. Printhead Spectra CET Printer; Part Number: PH-20591-00 2. Ink Line Tubing 4 Strand (30 foot) CET Printer; Part Number: MS-0007-001 3. Negative Presure Tubing (50 foot) CET Printer; Part Number: TU1-10002-001 4. CET Color Ink Filter Primary; Part Number: CS-0001-0000 5. CET Secondary Ink Filter (large white/black ones); Part Number: CS-0002-000 6. CET UV Lamp Filters Sheet; Part Number: UV-3001-001 7. CET Ink Pump V2; Part Number: MT1-10004-0 8. CET Negative Pressure Pump Rev 2; Part Number: MT1-10010-0 9. CET Bulb for Express 500; Part Number: CET-H101-1 10. Miscellaneous CET Line Connectors A Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED: (a) A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract. (b) Business Size, Duns, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Point of Contact. (c) Capability Statement to include the condition of items sought. All of the above information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested businesses. Failure to submit all information requested may result in a contractor not being considered as an interested vendor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118 with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to visit this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective contractors must have a current and valid CAGE code and DUNS number in order to be eligible for award.
