- GSA Public Buildings Service NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Tampa, FL that will be expiring June 28, 2016. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal for 1,897 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. (ABOA): 1,897 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,897 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 8 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Full Term: Five (5) years Firm Term: None Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the Lease/Lease Amendment Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
