- Synopsis for SB 8(a) Capabilities Outreach The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is currently seeking and soliciting 8(a) firms interested in participating in an 8(a) Capabilities Outreach. The conference is open to 8(a) firms only. 8(a) firms who are interested must have the capability to provide planning, design, construction, environmental services, and dredging to the Savannah District and/or the South Atlantic Division. This outreach event serves as an opportunity for 8(a) firms to present their capabilities to the Savannah District. Priority will be given to those firms who have NOT previously held contracts with the Savannah District. However, firms that have experience with the Savannah District will still be considered. Please see attached Memorandum.
