Description

Camera Warranty Service, Intent to Award Sole Source. The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Selex ES, Inc. Cage Code 64415, for Camera Warranty Services on existing equipment on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M67001-16-T-0406. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the closing date of the notice for consideration: TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 11:00 Am EST on 11 Mar 2016 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
