Description

Requestor Concerns Technical Capabilities: There are additional requirements that are part of the whole assembly that are not provided as part of these specifications. I assume that the contractor will still be held to meet these requirements, correct? For example, some things that are not discussed in the specifications are (1) Unit must be supplied with whip-check devices, (2) discharge shall be 2 NPT, (3) unit shall be fitted with a 500 mcm Camlock fitting, (4) air receiver must be 32 cubic ft or larger, (5) air receiver must be fitted with a pressure regulating valve set at 100 psig, (6) system must be suitable for operation in an outdoor marine environment. Believe there may also be electrical requirements to ensure that the unit will hook into our electrical systems.
