Description

Description: Purchase Over-Bed Tables Amendment The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire Over-Bed Tables for the Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS) as indicated in the solicitation document. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ VA248-16-Q-0404, NAICS Code: 337127 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email only. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Offers submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 17h day of the month of February 2016. The offeror shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/ amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email to: Brendalee.Clarke@va.gov. The Contracting Officer is O'niel Alvarez. The last day for questions from industry is 29 February 2016.
