- Sole Source Documentation DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, PA requires two (2) new additional foam-in-bag systems. The DLA Distribution Acqusition Operations Directorate intends to awaard on a sole source basis to Sealed Air Corporation under authoity of FAR 13.106-1-(b). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 333993 and the size standard is 500 employees. Sole source documentation is included as attachment #1 to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received prior to the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of theGovernment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Sealed Air Corporation.
