Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6) intends to contract with RMG Enterprise Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of 12 high definition 1080p output Players that support Live TV, hardware and software installation and maintenance for the current Digital Sign Boards located throughout the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. Players are to replace damaged players already in use. Delivery and installation of product and software must be completed within two weeks of receiving the award. The proposed contract is for equipment for which the government intends to contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 3:00 PM, March 11, 2016, local time. Interested parties must submit all technical information required to make a determination that the proposed units meet or exceed the specifications of the above referenced unit. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. System for Award management (SAM): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the SAM Registration Database (SAM) and ORCA (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of any contract and agreements.
