- Instructions to Offerors Stearns Shop Area Floor Plan Stearns Basement Floor Plan Stearns Administrative Site Floor Plan Wage Rate Determination Experience and Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation No.: AG-531A-S-16-0004, Janitorial Services -Stearns RD The Daniel Boone National Forest is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for janitorial services for the Stearns Ranger Station Administrative Site including a Basement and Shop Area located on the Stearns Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in McCreary County, Kentucky in accordance with the specifications, terms, conditions, the Building Cleaning Schedule, the Cleaning Work Quality Requirements and the Performance-Based Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and quotations are being requested. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. AG-531A-S-16-0004 and the solicitation is attached to this notice as an attachment. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5million. This is for a base year contract with four option years. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered. The total value is estimated to be less than $100,000.00. Quoters must be registered in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Quoters shall return all the requested information with their quotes to be determined responsive and to be considered for award. Please submit your quotes to USDA Forest Service, Attn: Acquisition, 1700 Bypass Road, Winchester, KY 40391 by 4:00 PM Eastern time on Thursday April 7, 2016.
