Description

comprehensive regional integrated master planning, installation and facility plans, functional area planning, capital improvement plans, intergovernmental planning, encroachment planning and land use planning Infrastructure planning to include utility planning, water resources planning and renewable energy siting Regional and installation energy master planning to include energy security; explosive site and safety planning; intergovernmental and encroachment planning to include compatible land use strategies and Antiterrorist/Force Protection (AT/FP) planning guidance Business case analyses Cultural resource management planning to include restoration and adaptive re-use planning Planning for health care and health care management Transportation planning and traffic management to include land use management, traffic growth studies and assessment, and integrated regional and intergovernmental zone and corridor studies Space planning to include facility utilization studies Air installations compatible use zones (AICUZ) and range air installations compatible use zones (RAICUZ) studies. All deliverables should be consistent with all related NAVFAC Asset Management planning guidance. This contract can also be used to support other planning services that require specialized expertise in developing, implementing, executing and the oversight management of traffic engineering Civil Engineering Surveying Cost Estimating Financial, business case analysis and market studies National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance Sustainable planning to include modeling and, the inclusion of sustainable design principles in related concept plans for planning, site development, architecture and landscape architecture services may be required.
