- Army Contracting Command-New Jersey intends to solicit & award an acquisition for Grounds Maintenance at the Scranton Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), 3401 Olyphant Ave, Scranton, PA 18509. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide the contracted services, which include mowing, trimming and edging. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561730, with a related small business size standard of $7.5M. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11 March 2016 via Federal Business Opportunities Website located at https://www.fbo.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
