- Specification Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Provisions and Clauses Statement of Work Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation published in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice serves as a Request for Quote (RFQ), prior to an award decision. All quotes received will be evaluated for price and technical capabilities, IAW FAR 13.106-2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W56KGY-16-R-0009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314910; Textile Bag and Canvas Mill Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This acquisition is in accordance with the specifications, using FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. Please see attached Request for Quote document and the attached statement of work (SOW) for additional information/requirements. The Government has determined this acquisition to be a 100% small business set-aside, IAW FAR 19.502-2. All offerors shall be registered with the Small Business Administration as a small business manufacturer. Company information will be verified via the System for Award Management (SAM) database. All offerors shall be registered in the SAM database, and maintain an active Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code to pursue efforts with the Government. Each page of the submission shall contain the document identifier in the document header. Responses are preferred in soft-copy form in either Microsoft\ Word® and/or Microsoft PowerPoint®. If a soft-copy cannot be provided, written responses will be accepted. Responses may be provided through mail or via e-mail. Respondents should ensure labeling of information contained as proprietary.
