Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intend to negotiate a Cost Reimbursement Type No Fee Sole Source Contract to The National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine 500 Fifth Street, NW Washington DC 20001 to convene an ad hoc committee to develop a report that will inform FDA as to the state of the science regarding prescription opioid abuse and misuse, including prevention, management, and intervention.
