- The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted and clarify the closing date to solicitation VA249-16-Q-0275. 1.Previous solicitation VA249-16-Q-0025 - Planned Maintenance Program for HVAC is replaced with current solicitation VA249-16-Q-0275 - HVAC Full Coverage Maintenance Plan. 2.All offerors that submitted a quote for VA249-16-Q-0025 must submit a new quote to current solicitation VA249-16-Q-0275. 3.This is a new requirement. It is no existing incumbent or contract in place. 4.A site visit is available for all interested parties located at Memphis VAMC, Engineering Department, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. All interested parties shall report: "March 17, 2016 at 10:00am CST "Building 1, Room AEG17 to obtain an ID badge "POC: Larry Craig, Phone: 901-523-8990 ext. 5044 5.The solicitation close date is 12:00pm CST, March 21, 2016. 6.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
