- Statement of Work This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to MICROSOFT CORPORATION for the following MICROSOFT PREMIER SERVICES support: Description Support Account Management Hours USNAT Program Hours Onsite Resource Visit Designated Support Engineering (SharePoint & SQL Database) Application Development Manager Workshop on Demand Subscription Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to MICROSOFT CORPORATION Only Microsoft Application Development managers can meet the needs of the NSERC/Navy in providing the support required. Specifically, no other external developer would be able to architect the technologies required within the NAVAL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING RESOURCE CENTER infrastructure and the hardware, software and networking required. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Diana Moses via email at Diana.moses@navy.mil]. No later than 4:00 pm (EST) on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought N00178-15-R-2031 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
