- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), through the Office of the Financial Services (ABA), is looking to identify potential vendors, including business teams, who can provide the complete range of services - as described in the statement of work - necessary for ABA or other FAA components to support their financial and budget related activities. Specific exclusions (e.g. software development services or custom configuration of COTS software products) are noted within work areas. This is an agency-wide contract, and services in support of any FAA Office are in scope of this contract. In accordance with A.M.S. policy 3.2.1.2.1, this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from interested business concerns including SBA certified 8(a) firms and other small business concerns. This market survey also seeks to identify potential vendors for this contract including groups of business teams. Furthermore, this survey will aid the FAA in its determination as to whether adequate competition exists to set-aside part or all of the competition amongst eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program. This market survey will also, determine if other small businesses such as Women Owned businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Businesses or whether it is more appropriate to conduct this procurement as a full and open competition. The principle North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. Interested parties must submit their responses by no later than 1:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2016.
