Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming solicitation for 5,547 inches of 3" Nickel-Chromium-Iron pipe. Pipe is to be seamless, Level I material. Pipe will be ultrasonically tested, alloy identity tested, and liquid penetrant tested. Full pipe specifications will be available on or around 3/25/2016 under solicitation N39040-16-R-0011. This requirement will NOT be a 100% small business set-aside.
