- Attachment 3 - Clauses Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Attachment 1 - Instructions to Offerors This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSS01-16-Q-0050 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to issue a commercial purchase order, as a result of this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48. The NAICS code is 562119 - OTHER WASTE COLLECTION. The requirement is to provide rental of wastewater and freshwater holding tanks, as described in the attachments provided as part of this solicitation. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. The purchase order will be for a base period of one year and four option years thereafter. Offerors are hereby notified that this solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requester, nor the principle corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive any contract from any Federal agency. Questions shall be provided via email to contract specialist Steven Schumacher at Steven.Schumacher@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN March 14, 2016 at 5:00 PM ET. Any questions received in response to this RFQ by the deadline stated above will be answered by the USSS and provided via an amendment to the solicitation and posted on www.fbo.gov. All quotes must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist via email at Steven.Schumacher@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN March 17, 2016 at 5:00 PM ET. Hard copy or faxed quotes will not be accepted.
