- Information Technology Infrastructure Support Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity Information Technology Infrastructure Support (ITIS) Bridge Task Order (TO) will provide an information technology architecture, infrastructure, and associated IT services for the Army Human Resources personnel management systems that supports active-duty and reserve soldiers worldwide. The scope of this TO includes operations, maintenance, efforts/activities associated with the hosting of other human resource systems by the customer-managed environment.
