- Description
- The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) intends to award a contract modification, sole source, to Decision Information Resources, Inc. (DIR), 3900 Essex Lane, Suite 900, Houston Texas 77027. The prupose of the contract modification is to Increase the contract ceiling on Time & Materials contract, DOLJ131A22021, with DIR. The statutory authority permitting the award of the contract modification to Increase the contract ceiling is 41 USC 3304(a)1, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one respossible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Contract, DOLJ131A22021, provides assistance to the DOL ETA National Job Corps Office by: (1) Performing data integrity audit functions and providing technical assistance (TA) support to assure Job Corps program requirements and data are valid and reliable; (2) Providing research, evaluation, and technical assistance support to program initiatives as well as other continuous improvement efforts; and (3) Providing technical expertise in support of Job Corps' Performance Management System and Job Corps performance data reporting. The intended contract ceiling increase is to support the Job Corps' efforts to create a new reporting system in compliance with the perfromance requirements of the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Your Resposne to this Notice of Intent to Sole Source for a Contract Ceiling Increase DOL-ETA-16-N-00023 must be received no later than Friday, March 25, 2016 by 12:00 P.M. Noon EST.
