Description
Note: This effort is being competed under the Software and Systems Engineering Services Next Generation (SSES-NG) contract vehicle providing fair opportunity to all SSES-NG contract holders pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(1). Only SSES-NG contract holders will be considered for this award. Description of effort: To provide support for Army strategic data initiatives, development and implementation of customer data centric solutions, life cycle development and sustainment of test tools, life cycle development and sustainment for business intelligence tools, and development and sustainment support to the Army Net-Centric Data Strategy Center of Excellence for the United States Army Communications - Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center Services Directorate. Period of Performance: Twelve (12) month base period Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee-Term (CPFF-Term) and Cost (No fee) Added: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][added_on]" value="2016-03-01 15:34:55">Mar 01, 2016 3:34 pm Modified: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][modified_on]" value="2016-03-11 18:35:17">Mar 11, 2016 6:35 pm Track Changes This notice contains Amendment 2. Details are provided below: 1. The period of performance has been reduced from a maximum of thirty-six (36) months to twelve (12) months. There is no longer a reasonable likelihood that the options to extend the term of the order would exercised and therefore, have been removed. 2. The attachments submitted in this notice are Amendment 2 to this TOR. Amendment 1 extended the timeline to response in FBO (no changes in the TOR were made in Amendment 1). 3. Amendment 2 includes changes to the TOR, Attachment 0001 (and its associated appendices), Attachment 0003, and responses to the questions asked by industry. The timeline to submit a TOP has been extended to March 21, 2016 at 6:00PM EST. 4. Attachment 0002 did not change as a result of this Amendment. 5. The title has been updated to include "SSESR-2057" 6. The agency dismissed the pre-award protest on March 11, 2016.
