- VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Mobile Mohs Services. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. NAICS Code is 561320. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The Request for Quotation is VA262-16-Q-0541. The solicitation will be available on or about March 11, 2016. Period of performance shall be from April 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. The Contractor shall provide all necessary and appropriate candidates to successfully perform mobile Mohs services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to response to this requirement. Please submit RFQ responses by e-mail to Contracting Officer at Donald.Tillung@VA.Gov no later than 11:59 PM (PST), March 17, 2016.
