- Contractor Survey Sources Sought Document The MICC-Fort Riley, Fort Riley, Kansas is performing market research for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Maintenance on Fort Riley, Kansas. If a new contract is awarded; it will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract with a one (1) year base period and two (2) one year option periods beginning on or about 1 April 2016 through 31 March 2019. The services that shall be provided are the management, administration, supplies, materials and labor necessary to perform routine and required maintenance on Harris/MACOM P25 Land Mobile Radios, consoles, repeaters, and antennas for Fort Riley, Kansas.
