Description

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for commercial supplies and equipment prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested for a mobile cath laboratory for the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center Gainesville, FL 32608. A written solicitation will be issued March 11th, 2016. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ VA248-16-Q-0149. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d) and in accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006, this procurement is a competitive total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 621511 with a small business size standard of $32.5 Million. NOTE: The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, vendors shall submit the most favorable terms. Small businesses, especially service-disabled veteran owned small businesses and veteran owned are encouraged to contract their nearest Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) if assistance is needed in preparing their quote. The web site address for the location of the nearest PTAC is http://www.sellingtothegovernment.nct. The offeror is responsible to monitor and download any amendments pertaining to this solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
