Ft. (ABOA): 5,507 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,783 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Fifteen (15) parking spaces, including twelve (12) secured surface parking spaces, including three (3) secured covered spaces for oversized vehicles. Parking Spaces (Surface): Fifteen (15) parking spaces, including twelve (12) secured surface parking spaces, including three (3) secured covered spaces for oversized vehicles. Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): Fifteen (15) parking spaces, including twelve (12) secured surface parking spaces, including three (3) secured covered spaces for oversized vehicles. Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The offered space cannot be located on the first floor of the building. The top floor of the building may be acceptable, but is not preferred. The offered building cannot be located within close proximity to railroads. The offered space cannot face parking garages, balconies, terraces, or overpasses at the same height as the offered space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
