- Solicitation W9128F-16-T-0008 This is a non-personnel services contract to provide cleaning and janitorial services for the Training Dike Day Use Area and other specified areas. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The cleaning contractor shall perform a number of tasks associated with the cleaning of the areas indicated within according to the schedule and specifications outlined in this document. The Contractor will be performing cleaning duties within a specified area. All work must be performed according to the specifications outlined in this contract unless authorized in advance by the Government Representative (GR).
