Description

Multi Coat Thermal Spray Booth DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one Multi Coat Thermal Spray Booth. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion in 224 days ARO. Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0052 is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. T he project will include a one-time Site visit at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, to include delivery, removal of equipment, Start-up Calibration and Operation Instructions, Turn-Key Installation, Tech data, IUID Tag, and Training. A complete technical package, DLA-A-VIBB-15-40-1002 dated March 2, 2016, is included in the Solicitation. FOB at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on March 11, 2016 and close on April 15, 2016. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached. Archiving Policy: Automatic / 15 days after response date. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
