- Solicitation M67854-16-R-7800 Cross Reference Matrix Past Performance Questionnaire Government Furnished Equipment CDRL Pricing Worksheet CDRL D001 CDRL B002 CDRL B001 Section B Pricing Worksheet Performance Work Statement The Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement for Underwater Egress Training. The mission of the Underwater Egress Training program is to train Marines and other authorized personnel how to egress from sinking or submerged platforms (i.e., aircraft, amphibious, and ground vehicles), including the use of life support equipment (e.g., SEBDs and Life Preserver Units-LPUs) to increase survival rates. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and safety equipment for conducting underwater training and safety while in the classroom and pool. Additionally, the contractor will provide the necessary office equipment including phone/fax, computers/internet connectivity, audiovisual and any other support equipment it deems necessary to maintain administrative offices and training materials. All utilities will be provided by the Government except phone and Internet service. Recurring related work (such as janitorial support, facilities inspections, corrosion removal, painting, touch-up painting and lettering, sign replacement, repairs, physical protection of training systems, and equipment electrical grounding) shall be provided by the contractor. The contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on the systems and facilities, including corrosion protection, monthly. For systems located in base property facilities, the contractor shall notify the proper base department and COR for facility repairs and shall track to final disposition. The contractor shall support administrative and general operations at each training site.
