Description

Wage Determination dated 29 Dec 2015 Statement of Work FA4803-16-T-0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Uninterruptible Power Supply Maintenance. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. The period of performance will take place at Shaw AFB in South Carolina from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017 for the Base Year with 4 one year Option periods. Solicitation number FA4803-16-T-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 811219. The Standard Industry Code is J061. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $20.5M. T his acquisition is a 100% Small-Disadvantage Veteran Owned Small Business.
