Description

SF-18 U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Donna Owens at donna.owens@navy.mil, no later than 5 P.M. EST, 03/16/2016. Solicitation N00421-16-T-00205 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with Rockwell Collins, Inc. NAWCAD has a requirement to repair an ICS-220A Transceiver. The identified source is the OEM of the ADF. No other source is authorized to repair the ICS-220A Transceiver. This purchase will be under the authority implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, and Part 13. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government. All responses to this solicitation MUST be received no later than 5 P.M. EST 03/16/2016. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
