Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repair service to one (1) Getinge Cart Washer Model 9128 (S/N USR0840001), three (3) Getinge 833 HC Steam Sterilizers (S/N URA011620, S/N URA011640, S/N URA055621), and one (1) Getinge Ultrasonic Cleaner Model 2460 (S/N KSG12036) for a base year contract with two (2) contract option years exercised at the Government's discretion. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 811219. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about March 14, 2016. No phone, fax or e-mail inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
