Advertisement U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought 5IL0331 / GS-05P-LIL19473 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space : State: IL City: CHICAGO Delineated Area: Beginning at Roosevelt Road and Lake Shore drive, it extends west to Halsted St., then it runs north along Halsted to Chicago Ave., then runs east to LaSalle Dr., then it goes north to Division St., and east to the Lake shore, then south along the Lake shore back to Roosevelt. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27963.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29361.15 Space Type: Office (27963 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 82 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 82 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 82 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 60 Soft Term: 60 Option Term: Potential for 2 5 year options Additional Requirements: •· Leased premises shall not be on the first floor or the top floor. •· Subleases will not be considered. •· Space must be contiguous. •· The space shall be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area. •· The offered building cannot house day care facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics or drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration, probations, public defenders and/or social services. •· 24-hour access to the space is required. •· Parking must be reserved and secured. Preference is for the parking to be located on-site or adjacent to office premises. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •· Date of space availability •· Building ownership information •· Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
