Special Notice - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract to Conexsys, Inc. for procurement of the following services: Line Item 0001 - Hi-IQ Subscription - Software Licenses for 4 Rooms/20 Users (Including: Quality Assurance, Clinical Module, Room View, HI-IQ Resource Management [Inventory], Interface (optional), Technical Support Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EAT, Software Upgrades, Hosting, Test Environment License Line Item 1001 - Option Year One - Hi-IQ Subscription - Software Licenses for 4 Rooms/20 Users (Including: Quality Assurance, Clinical Module, Room View, HI-IQ Resource Management [Inventory], Interface (optional), Technical Support Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EAT, Software Upgrades, Hosting, Test Environment License Line Item 2001 - Option Year Two - Hi-IQ Subscription - Software Licenses for 4 Rooms/20 Users (Including: Quality Assurance, Clinical Module, Room View, HI-IQ Resource Management [Inventory], Interface (optional), Technical Support Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EAT, Software Upgrades, Hosting, Test Environment License Line Item 3001 - Option Year Three - Hi-IQ Subscription - Software Licenses for 4 Rooms/20 Users (Including: Quality Assurance, Clinical Module, Room View, HI-IQ Resource Management [Inventory], Interface (optional), Technical Support Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EAT, Software Upgrades, Hosting, Test Environment License Line Item 4001 - Option Year Four - Hi-IQ Subscription - Software Licenses for 4 Rooms/20 Users (Including: Quality Assurance, Clinical Module, Room View, HI-IQ Resource Management [Inventory], Interface (optional), Technical Support Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EAT, Software Upgrades, Hosting, Test Environment License The proposed sole source procurement is being made via Open Market with Conexsys, Inc. The proposed period of performance is Base + (4) Option Years. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice; however, any offers received may be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received within 3 days from the publication of this notice, an order will be issued to Conexsys, Inc. without further notice. The anticipated statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 - Limited Sources. Notice: the POC for this notice does not have a Federal Business Opportunities registration account. The POC does not have any visibility to the "Interested Vendors List" tab within the notice.
