- 2016 BLS QCEW National Meeting - Draft SOW This is a Request for Information (RFI) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) Program is planning to hold its National Training from June 14, 2016 through June 16, 2016 in one (1) of the following cities: Albuquerque, New Mexico; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Phoenix, Arizona; or Salt Lake City, Utah. The BLS requires sleeping rooms, meeting space, audio-video support services, and other related services. For more detailed requirements, see the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). All vendors that currently have space available for the stated dates, and that are capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the SOW, are encouraged to submit a capability statement that addresses at the minimum, the following: 1. Name of the venue 2. Address 3. DUNS number 4. Business size (small or large) 5. A statement indicating that the vendor is capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the SOW, including the required meeting space and sleeping rooms that do not exceed the applicable government per diem rate for the city where the venue is located: a. Albuquerque, New Mexico: $89 b. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma: $98 c. Phoenix, Arizona: $89 d. Salt Lake City, Utah: $108 All capability statements shall not exceed three (3) pages and must be received no later than 1:00 pm ET, March 21, 2016 via e-mail to liu.jason@bls.gov. There is a 10 MB limit for all submissions. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Price information should not be included in the capability statement. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, and the size standard is $32.5 million.
