- Solicitation AG-32SB-S-16-0015 Attachment #2-Schedule-Prices Attachment #1- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This acquisition will be solicited using the procurement process prescribed in Part 12, Commercial Items, and Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) will be awarded for a period of five (5) years to the offerors whose offer, are conforming to the solicitation, Statement of Work, and fall within the competitive price range. The Government intends to award up to three (3) BPAs from this RFP. The awarded BPAs will have combined ceiling of $2,500,000 over the five year period. The BPA themselves will not have appropriations obligated to them. Each individual call order place against the BPA(s) will provide the funding. Exact details of each individual need is not known at this time. Each individual call order will be competed among the BPA holders that are established and the specific needs and requirements will be elaborated on at that time. This is Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set Aside. Eligibility under the WOSB Program will be determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 127. Vendor shall complete the following: •At time of initial offer submission: (1) Register in the System for Award Management (SAM); (2) Self-certified as an EDWOSB or WOSB concern in SAM Failure to complete the above tasks at time of initial offer submission will result in a non-responsiveness determination and vendor will not be considered further. • At time of notification of being an apparent successful offeror: (1) The vendor is required to provide the Contracting officer (Jessica Massey) access to the required documents as listed in 13 CFR 127 Subpart C- 127.300, in the WOSB Program Repository. Failure to complete the above task in its entirety within 2 business days of being notified will result in elimination and will not be considered further.
