- Per FAR 5.207(f), this solicitation is hereby cancelled in its entirety and MAY be resolicited at a later date. __________________________________________________________ The contractor will provide all labor, equipment and materials to replace the sheet vinyl in all six laundry rooms in this building. Drawings of the first floor east and west wings will be included in the job packet. The second and third floor laundry locations are the same as the first. The following tasks fully describe the work to be performed; 1.Demo and dispose of the existing sheet coved vinyl in all six laundry rooms. 2.Prep the floors and base of the walls for new sheet vinyl. 3.Install commercial sheet vinyl in the laundry rooms per manufacturer's specifications. It is to be Mannington Assurance II or equal. The color is similar to what is in the laundry rooms now. The final color selection will be made at the pre-con. a. The Vinyl seams are to be heat welded. b. The edges are to be coved as existing. c. It will be necessary to have a hot work permit to accomplish this. The alarms will need to be disabled during this process. This can be arranged through the Wolverine Alarm Shop Bob Bergey. Contact Virgil Maddox at the Ft. Wainwright Fire Department at 353-9166 for further guidance if needed. There are no special or unique requirements that would exclude or otherwise make this requirement unsuitable for small businesses. The period of performance will be 30 days from the day NTP is issued. There are no geographic or location limitations/issues which could affect the project. The anticipated dollar value is anticipated to be over the micro-purchase threshold, but under the $25,000 for the GPE.
