- The Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: repairing the bituminous surfaces (skin patching, crack sealing, and chip sealing) at the Miles City, MT Substation. See attached specification and drawing for details. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238990 with a size standard of 15 Million. This will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall price while meeting the requirements of the specification and drawing.
