- Expression of Interest Sought THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs Memphis, TN seeks to lease approximately 18,816 net usable square feet (NUSF) (or approximately 25,402 rentable square feet) of contiguous space and 100 parking spaces for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Home Based Primary Care services in Jackson, TN. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider space located in an existing building as well as land for new construction. Space must comply with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Delineated Area: Bounded in the north by Ashport road. Bounded in the west by Bypass 45. Bounded in the south by US Route 70/Chester Street. Bounded in the east by US Highway 70. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Monday, April 4, 2016 and must include the following information: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space 2. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) along with the conversion rate 3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property 4. Amount of parking available on-site 5. Confirmation that your space meets the Standards of Seismic Safety for Existing Federally Owned and Leased Buildings ICSSC Recommended Practice 8 (RP 8) for the Memphis, TN High Seismicity area. If the offered space does not meet the Standards of Seismic Safety, written confirmation that the space will be retrofitted prior to any Government occupancy is required.
