- Request for Proposal SPE4A7-16-R-1508 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years for NSN 1730-01-526-9082.The item being procured is an Extender Assembly. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 2,815 each. This procurement will be issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Contractor First Article Testing is 420 days. Solicitation issue date is 30 MARCH 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
