Item 001- 4001: NOUN: Remanufacture F110 Fan Discharge Temperature Sensor NSN: 2915-01-343-2931PR, P/N: 8901-337 BEQ as follows: 28 EA Basic Year; 28 EA OPT I; 28 EA OPT II; 28 EA OPT III; 28 EA OPT IV Applicable to the F110 Engine on the F16; Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145 Item 0002-4002: NOUN: Remanufacture F110 Fan Discharge Temperature Sensor NSN:2915-01-310-2888PR, P/N: 8901-336 BEQ as follows: 24 EA Basic Year; 24 EA OPT I; 24 EA OPT II; 24 EA OPT III; 24 EA OPT IV Applicable to the F110 Engine on the F16; Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145 Item 0003-4003: Reporting and Exhibit "A" Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) IAW DD Form 1423-1 Description: F110 Fan Discharge Temperature Sensor is a temperature sensor and transducer unit for the Main Engine Control and the Digital Electronic Control. It responds to changes in fan discharge temperature and regulates pressure as a function of discharge temperatures. Dimensions: Approximately 7.250 inches long x 3.5 inches wide with various shapes angles and radius. Delivery: Item 0001: 4 EA every 30 calendar days ARO funded order or reparable assets; Item 0002: 2 EA every 60 calendar days ARO funded order or reparable assets; Item 0003 IAW DD Form 1423-1 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. Approved sources are Woodward Inc., Loves Park, IL. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal or quotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offer, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award IAW FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract bsase4d upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
