- RFP# GS-05P-16-FB-C-7003, Volume III RFP# GS-05P-16-FB-C-7003, Volume II, Specifications RFP# GS-05P-16-FB-C-7003, Volume I The General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement for initial space alterations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the Stokes FB & USCH, 801 W. Superior Avenue, 13th Floor, Cleveland, Ohio. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This notice shall serve as a combined synopsis & solicitation. Therefore, the solicitation is posted with this synopsis and can be downloaded instantly. A separate solicitation will not be posted. The solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the attached pdf files. This project shall consist mainly of building a new office space from an existing agency space and vacant office space on the 13th floor, to include but not limited to: partial demolition, removing old partitions/walls, electrical conduits and wirings, plumbing system; modification of existing fire alarm and sprinkler systems; providing new kitchen sink/fixtures and plumbing system; providing new 24" X 24" acoustical, gypsum and architectural millwork ceiling system and panel system; modification/relocation and providing new surface mounted, lay-in and down lighting fixtures; providing new walls and new electrical power system and data-communication system including cabling and termination; modification of existing HVAC system, e.g. new ventilation ductworks and diffusers, and programmable control system; providing new carpet and resilient floor tiles; providing redundant power/generator system, and redundant cooling system; provide infrastructure for Antenna farm/Communication equipment on roof; providing material and labor; sealing and touch up; coordinating all works and installations with the Government and deliver a complete, clean, and functional new office space for the NOAA personnel. The contract completion time is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is open to small business concerns only. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation (all three volumes) and monitoring FBO for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. All responsive proposals from responsible offerors will be considered. All proposals are to be submitted to the U.S. General Services Administration Attn: Kathern M. Williams, 230 S. Dearborn Street, 33rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60604. Proposals can also be submitted electronically at kathern.williams@gsa.gov. Proposals are due on April 15, 2016 at 4:00 pm CST.
