- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER A SET-ASIDE TO SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. Provide on-site Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging services at the Ehrling Begquist Clinic, Offutt AFB, NE(2501 Capehart Rd, Building 4000). This service is for military medical beneficiaries who have been referred for MRI diagnostic imaging. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of 1 August 2016 - 31 January 2022 (Base year + 4 Option years + 6 month extension). Notice to contractors: Funds are not presently available. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes will be requested and a solicitation will be issued on or about 22 April 2016. Solicitation number FA4600-16-Q-0005 will be issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512, and the small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns. Please reference solicitation number FA4600-16-Q-0005 on all correspondence.
