- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for custodial services at the FAA Airways Facilities Building and the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at the Greenville Downtown Airport, Greenville, SC. The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract as result of this effort. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or around October 1, 2016. The base period will run through September 30, 2017 with four (4) possible option years through September 30, 2021. Interested offerors are encouraged, although not required, to inspect the site where the work is to be performed. There will be a site visit scheduled on March 25, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Tharpe would like to meet all suppliers in the parking lot in front of the Terminal Building (100 Tower Road)Greer, SC 29651. Once you have arrived for site visit please give Mr. Tharpe a call on his work cell 864-607-5573. When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request For Offer, each offeror is to submit all the required documents in accordance with the provision in Section L entitled, "Required Documents" (see page 40). All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR documents. If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents must be made in writing to the attention of Canettra Petty, Contract Specialist, via email at Canettra.ctr.Petty@faa.gov. The deadline for submittals is April 18, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. EST.
