This is a notice of the government's intent to issue a competitive 100% small business set-aside solicitation for fixed and removable prosthodontics and dental appliances for veterans receiving dental services from the Minneapolis VA Health Care System and from the NW Metro Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Ramsey, MN on RFQ VA263-15-Q-0812. The FSC Code is 6520, the NAICS code is 339116 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside for a firm fixed price contract. The anticipated period of performance for an awarded contract will be a base period plus four (4), one year options. The solicitation will tentatively be issued in March with quotes due in April.
