- Statement of Work for ANC WWI Exhibit Project. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY W91QV1-16-R-0027 This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND - Fort Belvoir is issuing this REQUEST FOR INFORMATION as a means of conducting market research to determine the acquisition strategy and to identify firms that may be interested, qualified and capable of supporting this requirement for the design, fabrication, and installation of an exhibit in Arlington, Virginia. In support of this project, a contractor would furnish the necessary, personnel, material, and equipment to perform the services indicated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 712120, Historical Sites. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, size and CAGE code, point-of-contact (POC) name, phone number, and e-mail address; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. PROJECT COMPLETION IS DESIRED BY AUGUST 2016. NO TELEPHONE CALLS PLEASE.
