- JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. AOG FAST POST FOR AIRBUS DS MILITARY "Sole Source AOG-FAST-POST" This AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Special Notice constitutes the only notice posting. A written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number HSCG38-16-Q-010086 is issued as a Special Notice of Sole Source Award to the OEM, AIRBUS DS MILITARY AIRCRAFT, INC. As a result of market research, a non-competitive Sole Source Purchase Order has been awarded. It is the Government's belief, that only AIRBUS DS MILITARY (The Aircraft OEM) has the required item(s) in original packaging with full traceability back to the original manufacturer. Concerns that can prove having the capability to provide the subject item(s) that meet these same documentation, stock and issue requirements are invited to submit that information so that they may considered for future awards. The following items apply: 1. NSN: 1560-01-HS3-0049, RH HING ASSY, P/N 35-31193-0008-51, QTY 1 EA AOG! ACFT 2313, QTY 1 EACH EXPEDITE. MFGCD: 0117B 2. NSN: 1560-01-HS3-0049, RH HING ASSY, P/N 35-31193-0008-51, QTY 4 EA. MFGCD: 0117B The closing date for this notice of award is March 18, 2016 at 4:00 pm EST. Anticipated required delivery date for the AOG is on or about March 21, 2016. For the remainder of 4 each the required delivery date is on or before January 30, 2017.
